We had to bring you something special after a year away, so we brought in artist vts.euromaster for a residency!

Fresh out of a residency with art organisation Metal in Peterborough, Matthew Challenger, who works under the pseudonym vts.euromaster, is an exciting emerging artist who has exhibited nationally. For Stand up for Work, he developed his biographical work further, referencing his past jobs as well as his working class and rural market town background. The final exhibition featured sculptures made from industrial materials such as metal, netting and tarpaulin, doughy sculptures reminiscent of emojis, and paintings featuring brand logos like Playboy and Nike.
